Pack a satisfying gluten-free lunch and snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 250g pkt microwave brown rice
  • 2 x 95g cans flavoured flaked tuna
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 82.50 ml alfalfa sprouts
Instructions:
  • Prepare rice in the microwave according to the package instructions until heated through. Divide the rice evenly among serving bowls, then add tuna to each bowl. Top with cherry tomatoes and alfalfa sprouts. Serve promptly.
