Fragrant and delicious rice dish, perfect with chicken and green beans. Easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1.5 teaspoons herbes de Provence
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine rice, chicken stock, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over high heat, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
