Triple chocolate brownies: decadent layers of dark, milk, and white chocolate for the ultimate indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Cream together 3/4 cup of butter, white sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Combine 2 1/4 cups of flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; incorporate flour mixture into creamed butter mixture until batter is smooth. Divide batter evenly between two bowls.
  • Combine cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of melted butter, then fold it into one of the bowls of batter to create the 'black half'. Transfer the black half into the prepared baking pan.
  • Fold in the last 1/4 cup of flour and milk chocolate chips into the batter to create the 'white half'. Spread the white half evenly over the black half and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the edges slightly pull away from the pan. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into bars.
