Delicious ham and avocado wrap, ideal for school or work lunches.
Ingredients:
  • 100g low-fat fresh ricotta
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado, peeled
  • 15.90 gm fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Lebanese bread rounds
  • 65g (about 8 slices) 97% fat-free ham
  • 4 small mignonette lettuce leaves, washed, dried
Instructions:
  • Combine ricotta, avocado, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with pepper and use a fork to mash until smooth.
  • Lay the bread on a tidy work surface and generously smear with the ricotta mixture. Layer each bread circle with ham and lettuce. Roll up tightly to seal, then wrap securely in plastic wrap.
