Ingredients:
  • 400g wholemeal pasta spirals
  • 500g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 300g reduced-fat ricotta
  • 62.50 ml shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 185g can chilli tuna, drained, flaked
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Toss in the broccoli during the final 2 minutes of cooking. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then place them back into the saucepan.
  • Combine the creamy ricotta with fresh basil and zesty lemon rind, then season generously with freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Combine the ricotta mixture and tuna in the pan, gently toss to mix. Divide into serving dishes and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper before serving.
