Ingredients:
  • 2 medium red onions, sliced thinly
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 150g vintage cheese, grated
  • 200g shaved roast beef
  • 50g spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Warm oil in a pan over low heat, then add onion and sauté for 10 minutes until tender. Stir in sugar and vinegar, cooking for 3 more minutes until onion caramelizes.
  • Preheat the grill on high. Grill the bread for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Top the toast with cheese and grill for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Arrange layers of succulent roast beef, vibrant spinach leaves, and sweet caramelized onions on top. Enjoy this delightful dish.
