Roast brussels sprouts with apples and red onion

Roasted brussels sprouts are perfectly caramelized and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 500g brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 red apple, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 red onion, cut into thick wedges
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 60g (1/3 cup) roasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C while you line a large baking tray with foil. Then, place the brussels sprouts, apple, and onion on the tray. Drizzle with oil, season well, and toss everything together until combined.
  • Roast brussels sprouts for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
