Indulge in tender pork chops with a tangy mustard glaze paired with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 23.40 gm Dijon mustard (see note)
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • 4 pork midloin chops
  • 2 red apples, cored, cut into wedges
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 475g ctn Mashed Potatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 220°C. Mix mustard, parsley, and sugar in a small bowl. Coat both sides of the pork with the flavorful mustard mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large roasting pan, nestle the pork with the apple, onion, and sage. Drizzle with oil and roast until the pork is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the mash according to packet instructions. Enjoy with the pork, onion, and apple.
