Create a sophisticated and easy dish with minimal ingredients. Broil salmon for a perfect sweet glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the marinade. Add salmon and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove salmon, shake off excess marinade, place in a foil-lined baking dish, and sprinkle with salt.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) for that perfect baking temperature.
  • Roast the salmon until easily flaked with a fork, around 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Brush with the reserved marinade and roast again until glazed, about 1 minute.
