Smoky paprika enhances roasted Brussels sprouts and Polish sausage for a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Coat Brussels sprouts evenly with a delightful blend of 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a spacious bowl. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until softened, approximately 15 minutes, then move to one side of the baking sheet.
  • Coat kielbasa sausage with 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Place them cut-side down alongside the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet.
  • Place the tray back in the oven and let the Brussels sprouts roast until they are beautifully crispy, for about 15 more minutes. Give them a good toss before serving to combine all the flavors.
