Buffalo Brussels sprouts: Baked with butter and hot sauce for a vegetarian twist on classic Buffalo wings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until the edges of the Brussels sprouts start to wilt, approximately 20 minutes. Then, transfer them to a bowl.
  • In a saucepan, gently melt butter and hot sauce until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle over sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
