Buttery Buffalo cauliflower florets, roasted and topped with Parmesan cheese, a tasty keto-friendly side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine Buffalo sauce, olive oil, and butter. Heat in the microwave until butter is melted, for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir well to mix. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet with raised edges.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until slightly toasted.
