Upgrade your autumn snack game with Buffalo-style roasted squash seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup winter squash seeds, rinsed clean and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 275 degrees F (135 degrees C) and get your baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Mix seeds, butter, and cayenne pepper sauce in a bowl until seeds are fully coated, then spread out on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast the seeds to your preferred crispiness for 30 to 45 minutes. Allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
