Spicy tahini sauce elevates roasted cauliflower to a quick and tasty side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons water, or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) with a rimmed baking sheet inside for 5 minutes.
  • Coat cauliflower pieces in oil, cumin, salt, and pepper in a spacious bowl. Lay the seasoned cauliflower on the preheated baking sheet with care. Keep the bowl aside for later use.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until tender and starting to brown. Stir and continue roasting for an additional 5 minutes until evenly browned.
  • Combine the tahini and Sriracha sauce in the bowl, adjusting the consistency with a splash of water. Toss in the hot cauliflower and gently mix until well coated.
  • Plate the cauliflower and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds for a vibrant and flavorful finish.
