Tender, herb-butter roasted cauliflower - a stunning, flavorful dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 large head cauliflower, leaves trimmed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine butter with fresh dill, minced garlic, zesty lemon, earthy cumin, and a sprinkle of salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Trim the cauliflower stem so it sits flat in the dish. Coat the cauliflower with the butter mixture all over, then place in the dish and cover with foil.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until tender. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with any juices from the casserole dish before serving.
