Roasted cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower is a delicious and versatile vegetable.
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 160C (140C fan-forced). Remove all leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into quarters. Slice each quarter thickly and place the cauliflower slices in a single layer on a lightly oiled oven tray.
  • Coat with olive oil and generously sprinkle with cumin and coriander. Drizzle lightly with more oil and add a pinch of salt. Roast until tender and beautifully golden, approximately 30 minutes.
