Succulent pork tenderloin with customizable sage seasoning, delightfully tender.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground sage
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 0.5 apple
  • 0.5 onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Season tenderloin with aromatic sage and garlic salt, then lay it in a baking pan. Layer half of the tangy sauerkraut over the meat. Top with apple and onion halves, facedown. Finish with the remaining sauerkraut and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
  • Bake covered in a preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours until reaching an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
