Try this quick and delicious roasted red pepper and garlic spread with veggies for a tasty appetizer in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (6 ounces) garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-ounce jar)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Assorted raw vegetables and crackers, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine 3 ounces of cream cheese, spreadable cheese, Parmesan cheese, and bell peppers until well mixed. Form into a cone shape and stand upright on a serving plate.
  • Top the cone with a generous layer of 8 ounces of cream cheese and then garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Present the cone alongside a platter of fresh vegetables and crackers for a delightful and elegant appetizer.
