Whip up a quick roasted red pepper and tuna sauce with fresh parsley, capers, garlic, and olive oil while the pasta cooks. Toss together and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces roasted red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 0.25 cup chopped parsley
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound seashell pasta
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in generously salted water until perfectly cooked.
  • Combine the roasted red peppers, tuna, parsley, olive oil, capers, garlic, salt, and pepper in a beautiful serving bowl.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it right away with the tuna combination.
