Creamy tuna pasta with onions, peas, and red bell pepper.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 0.5 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 onion, diced
Instructions:
  • Bring a generous pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Combine tuna, celery soup, peas, red bell pepper, onion, and season with salt and pepper in the pot of pasta.
  • Simmer until piping hot, adjust consistency with additional water or milk if necessary.
