Roasted stone fruit with marsala syrup

Make a stunning seasonal stonefruit dessert that will impress!
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium white nectarines, halved, stones removed
  • 2 medium peaches, halved, stones removed
  • 2 medium plums, halved, stones removed
  • 2 medium apricots, halved, stones removed
  • 125.00 ml marsala (fortified wine)
  • 250.00 ml traditional Greek-style yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
  • Arrange the fruit in a large roasting pan, cut side up. Drizzle with marsala and sprinkle with sugar. Roast for 20-30 minutes until the fruit is tender and the marsala mixture has slightly thickened.
  • Top with a dollop of creamy yoghurt before serving.
