Ingredients:
  • 100g (1/2 cup) roasted sweet potato, roughly mashed (see tip)
  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices
  • 20g baby spinach leaves
  • 20g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 9.20 gm lightly toasted walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • Layer the sweet potato slices onto the Vita Wheat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices.
  • Garnish with spinach leaves, crumbled feta, and walnuts. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
