Tangy Tajin enhances savory pumpkin seeds, a delightful homemade autumn snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and give your baking sheet a light drizzle of oil.
  • In a saucepan, boil 6 cups of water. Add pumpkin seeds and salt and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and dry gently. Spread seeds evenly on a baking sheet and generously sprinkle with chili-lime seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then stir seeds, spread them back into a single layer, and bake for another 10 minutes. Repeat twice more, stirring every 10 minutes, until seeds are golden and crisp.
