Olive oil brushed white asparagus spears, roasted with herbes de Provence for a delicate and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch white asparagus, peeled and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons herbes de Provence
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Place the asparagus in a casserole dish and generously brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence, salt, and black pepper to season.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, around 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
