Irresistible rocky road caramel apple salad - a decadent twist on dessert with a perfect balance of crunch, creaminess, and sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 0.5 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 5 apples, cored and chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, smoothly blend cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix in marshmallows, peanuts, and chocolate chips, then add chopped apples and coat well. Refrigerate with plastic wrap until marshmallows soften, for a minimum of 2 hours.
