Spread holiday cheer with festive rocky road spoons.
Ingredients:
  • 200g raspberry and vanilla marshmallows
  • 40.00 ml coconut, shredded, toasted
  • 500g dark chocolate melts
  • Coles Brand Neapolitan micro mallows
  • Coconut, shredded (extra)
Instructions:
  • Prepare the Coles Cook & Dine Muffin Pan by lining 12 of its 1/3 cup (80ml) holes with plastic wrap.
  • Chop 200g of raspberry and vanilla marshmallows into chunks and place them in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of toasted shredded coconut. Melt 500g of dark chocolate melts in a bowl over simmering water. Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow mixture and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly into the lined pans.
  • Sprinkle with Coles Brand Neapolitan Micro Mallows and extra shredded coconut, then place a Coles Cook & Dine Teaspoon in the center of each chocolate. Let it set in the fridge before unwrapping to serve.
