Cream cheese and chive stuffed chicken is a creamy and simple delight.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with chives
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then tenderize the meat to a thinness of 1/4 to 1/8 inch.
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of flavored cream cheese on each chicken breast half, roll them up, and arrange in a casserole dish. Then, generously drizzle melted butter over the rollups.
  • Cook the chicken in the preheated oven for around 30 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices are clear.
  • Warm up a generous amount of cream cheese and chives in the microwave until smooth and pour over the chicken as a luscious sauce.
