Ingredients:
  • 5 apples, peeled and cored
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan. Cut apples into 1-inch wedges and set aside.
  • Whisk together eggs and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add baking soda, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla, then mix well. Gently fold in flour until just combined. Stir in apples and walnuts, then pour batter into the pan.
