Create irresistible Halloween cookies with white chocolate chips that mimic the taste of a root beer float.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon root beer concentrate
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease 2 baking sheets.
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy. Mix in pudding mix, followed by eggs and root beer concentrate. Stir in flour and baking soda, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
