Summertime treat: Root beer float-inspired ice cream using root beer concentrate! Find in spice aisle. Refreshing twist!
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 teaspoon root beer extract
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs until foamy, gradually add sugar while still whisking until ribbony. Gently mix in cream, milk, vanilla extract, and root beer extract until well combined.
  • Churn in an ice cream maker following the manufacturer's instructions for approximately 30 minutes.
