Make tangy Rose Hip Iced Tea for a vitamin-packed refreshment.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons dried rosehips
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add rosehips, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Take the mixture off the heat, then gently stir in the sugar until completely dissolved. Cover the mixture and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • After straining the tea through a fine sieve, let it cool to room temperature before transferring it to the fridge to chill.
