Elevate vanilla ice cream with fragrant rose syrup, exotic saffron, aromatic cardamom, and crunchy pistachios.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 2 tablespoons warm milk
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1.5 tablespoons rose syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.25 cup chopped pistachio nuts
Instructions:
  • Infuse the saffron in warm milk for 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix the softened ice cream with saffron-infused milk, rose syrup, cardamom, and pistachios until smooth and pink. Transfer the mixture back into the container and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
