Mediterranean-inspired herb-infused classic cocktail recipe.
Ingredients:
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup gin (2 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
Instructions:
  • Fill a lowball glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice until well combined. Strain mixture into the glass to remove the ice. Fill the glass with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
