Ingredients:
  • 8 white nectarines, halved, stones removed, chopped
  • 37.50 gm icing sugar
  • 2 tsp rosewater (see note)
Instructions:
  • Add ripe nectarines and a touch of sweet icing sugar to a food processor. Blend until velvety smooth. Spread the mixture onto a sleek metal tray, ready for the next step.
  • Chill for 3 hours until partially set. Gently flake ice crystals with a fork and freeze for another 3-4 hours until fully set. Fluff the ice with a fork once more and serve the granita in glasses.
