Juicy pork chops rubbed with spices, cooked in Worcestershire sauce with mushrooms and onions for a tasty meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup water, divided
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Season both sides of the pork chops with the spice mixture and minced garlic.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, stir together Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup water. Add pork chops and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Sear both sides of the pork chops until golden brown, then add mushrooms, onion, and the remaining 1/4 cup of water to the pan. Continue cooking until the pork chops are cooked through, about 10 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
