Ingredients:
  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, with liquid
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Season the pork chops generously with freshly ground black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on each side, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  • Coat pork chops with beans, salsa, and cilantro. Cook covered on medium-low heat until pork chops reach 145°F (63°C) and are no longer pink in the center, for about 20 to 35 minutes.
