Tequila and grapefruit juice combine for a refreshing summer cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • Orange slice, to decorate
  • Salt, to decorate
  • Ice cubes
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) pink grapefruit juice
  • 30ml gold tequila
  • 30ml Grand Marnier
  • Strip of ruby red grapefruit rind, to decorate
  • Fresh mint sprig, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Moisten the rim of a serving glass with an orange slice. Spread salt on a plate and dip the glass rim to coat it evenly.
  • Combine ice cubes, pink grapefruit juice, tequila, and Grand Marnier in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Add additional ice cubes to the glass, pour the cocktail into it through a strainer. Skewer the grapefruit rind on a toothpick and place it into the glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and position the orange slice on the rim.
