Rustic Pear and Blue Cheese Tart

Effortlessly delicious Rustic Pear and Blue Cheese Tart made with Pillsbury™ Pie Crust. Fill, dot, fold, bake. Ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium pears, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 1 chunk (4 oz) blue cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients excluding pie crust, blue cheese, and honey. Let sit.
  • Place the pie crust on a baking sheet. Spread the pear mixture in the center of the crust, leaving a 2-inch border. Scatter the blue cheese over the pears. Fold the edges of the crust up over the pear mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown. Let it cool for about 15 minutes, then drizzle honey over the tart. Cut into wedges before serving.
