Irresistible party pizzas with cheesy rye bread, loaded with savory beef and sausage mixture, perfect for make-ahead freezing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 pound processed cheese food
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf cocktail rye bread, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place aluminum foil on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Brown the beef and sausage together in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Microwave the processed cheese food in a large microwave-safe bowl on high for 3 to 4 minutes until completely melted.
  • Combine Worcestershire sauce and ketchup into melted cheese, then mix in cooked meat until fully incorporated.
  • Place a generous amount of the savory meat and cheese mixture, about 2 tablespoons, onto each slice of bread. Make sure to neatly line up the bread slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the preheated oven, working in batches if needed, until golden brown and crispy, for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately and savor the deliciousness!
