S'mores bread: A delicious campfire treat, made with graham crackers and topped with marshmallow and chocolate glazes.
Ingredients:
  • 14 graham cracker squares
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 graham cracker square, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Using a food processor or blender, finely crush 14 graham cracker squares by pulsing in quick on-and-off motions.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to mix oil and brown sugar for about 1 minute until combined. Add eggs one at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl between additions. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in the graham cracker mixture until just combined (batter will be thin). Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  • Bake for approximately 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Microwave whipping cream in a small microwavable bowl on High for 1 minute 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and let stand for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth, then pour glaze over bread, allowing it to drip down the sides.
  • Combine a tablespoon of boiling water with marshmallow creme until smooth in a small bowl. If the glaze is too thick, add the remaining boiling water. Pour the marshmallow glaze over the chocolate glaze, sprinkle with crushed graham cracker, and allow the glaze to set before slicing.
