Indulgent s'mores pie with dreamy layers of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers - a decadent twist on a classic campfire treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups regular marshmallows
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 0.5 teaspoon butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt to make the crust, then firmly press into the springform pan base.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, condensed milk, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until fully incorporated. Carefully spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the top is dry. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly. Increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. Slowly whisk in milk and cook over medium-high heat until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Gradually pour beaten egg into the mixture, continuously stirring. Cook and stir for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Drizzle the luscious chocolate custard over the golden baked pie, then artfully place large marshmallows on top, generously filling any spaces with delightful miniature marshmallows.
  • Bake until marshmallows are lightly browned, for about 5 minutes, making sure they don't melt.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream for chocolate ganache until hot (45 seconds to 1 minute). Stir in chocolate, butter, and coffee granules. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. Allow the ganache to thicken for 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle over the pie.
