S'mores Brownies

Easy S'mores Brownies using Betty Crocker™ mix, marshmallows, chocolate, graham crackers. Top brownies, broil, add Hershey’s chocolate squares for gooey treat kids will love.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 graham cracker squares, broken into small pieces
  • 2 bars (1.55 oz each) Hershey's milk chocolate candy, broken into 1-inch squares
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and grease the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Follow the boxed brownie mix instructions for baking. Once brownies are done, switch oven to broil setting.
  • Top warm brownies with marshmallows and graham crackers, then broil for 30 to 60 seconds until marshmallows are golden brown. Keep an eye on the browning process. Sprinkle with candy and allow to cool on a rack for about 3 hours until the chocolate is set. Cut into 4x4 squares.
