S'mores Chocolate Toast Crunch® Bars

Indulge in s’mores bars for a convenient and delicious treat, perfect for lunch boxes or as an after-school snack.
Ingredients:
  • 4 1/2 cups Chocolate Toast Crunch® cereal
  • 3 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 9 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 13x9-inch pan by greasing or spraying the bottom and sides. In a large bowl, measure out the cereals.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter uncovered on High for 30 to 45 seconds, or until melted. Add 7 1/2 cups of marshmallows, microwave uncovered on High for 45 seconds. Stir well and microwave for an additional 30 to 45 seconds, or until the mixture can be stirred smooth.
  • Efficiently pour the marshmallow mixture over cereals in a bowl, using a spoon to ensure even coating. Then, mix in the remaining 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows until well incorporated.
  • Grease your hands and press the mixture firmly into the pan. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the bars using a small resealable food-storage bag with a corner cut off.
  • Chill the bars in the fridge for 1 hour. Cut the chilled bars into 6 rows by 4 rows to yield 24 pieces. Store the bars tightly covered for up to 1 week.
