Indulgent s'mores snack mix with Chocolate Toast Crunch® cereal - a crowd-pleaser for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups Chocolate Toast Crunch® cereal
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup (1/2-inch pieces) graham crackers
Instructions:
  • Place the cereal in a large bowl and the powdered sugar in a 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and butter in the microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds until melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour the mixture over cereal, ensuring an even coating. Transfer the coated cereal into a plastic bag of powdered sugar, seal it, and shake until well coated. Spread the mixture on waxed paper to cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Incorporate the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips along with the marshmallows and graham cracker pieces and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
