S'mores fudge: a nostalgic twist on classic fudge with graham crackers and marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 8 honey graham crackers, crushed and divided
  • 1 pound semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 11x7-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper. Spread half of the crushed graham crackers evenly over the bottom of the dish. Set aside for later use.
  • Gently melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring often and scraping the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent burning.
  • Layer the melted chocolate mixture in the prepared baking dish, alternating with marshmallows. Repeat with crushed graham crackers, chocolate mixture, and marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate until firm, for at least 3 hours or overnight.
