Indulge in a cozy campfire treat: rich hot chocolate topped with gooey marshmallows in a mug.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml Smooth Hazelnut Spread
  • 2 digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 1l milk
  • 250ml thickened cream
  • 200g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 12 white marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat a low grill. Spread choc-hazelnut spread around the rim of 4 heatproof serving glasses or mugs. Place crushed biscuit on a plate and dip the rim of each glass in the biscuit to coat.
  • In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the chocolate with the milk and cream until smooth and heated through, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes.
  • Arrange the marshmallows on a foil-lined baking tray and broil for 1 minute or until golden brown.
  • Evenly divide the warm chocolate among the glasses and generously top with toasted marshmallows. Serve right away for a delightful treat.
