Easily elevate any meal with classic roasted potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 medium unpeeled Yukon gold potatoes, each cut into 8 lengthwise slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and generously coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except the potatoes. Add the potatoes and mix well to coat them. Transfer the mixture to the pan and spread evenly.
  • Roast the potatoes uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, remembering to turn and stir them after roughly 20 minutes, until they are tender.
