Salad of mixed Asian leaves with pan-fried shiitake

Whip up a flavorful garlic and shiitake salad in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 500g fresh shiitake mushrooms*
  • 125ml beef
  • 2 pkts (100g each) mixed Asian salad leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine 3 tablespoons of oil with vinegar in a bowl and whisk together. Season with your desired spices, then set aside.
  • Heat a generous amount of butter and oil in a large frypan until melted and sizzling, then introduce the aromatic garlic and earthy mushrooms to the pan.
  • Stir and cook mushrooms on medium heat for 5 minutes until softened. Pour in poaching liquid and cook until completely absorbed.
  • Combine mushrooms, salad leaves, and dressing in a large bowl for a delicious and fresh salad. Enjoy right away.
