Elevate your salads with crisp napa cabbage, crunchy ramen noodles, and a flavorful, simple dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 medium head napa cabbage, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed, with seasoning packet
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect cook.
  • Spread sliced almonds on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown in the preheated oven, about 5 to 7 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before using.
  • Combine toasted almonds, napa cabbage, ramen noodles (with seasoning packet), green onions, mayonnaise, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. For best results, refrigerate if not serving immediately.
  • In a separate bowl, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce to create a flavorful dressing. Drizzle over the salad right before serving.
