Salmon and brie pizza

Elevate your event with a decadent salmon, brie, and dill pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small pizza base (see note)
  • 20.00 gm basil pesto
  • 105g can red salmon, bones and skin removed, flaked
  • 60g brie cheese, chilled, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp dill leaves, chopped
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 250°C. Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
  • Bake pizza base until crisp, then spread with pesto. Top with salmon and brie, and bake until brie melts.
  • Garnish pizza generously with dill and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
